our mission is To promote lasting behavior change,

    improve workplace productivity and inspire great health.

  • Who we are & why we do What we do

    It is estimated that adults nationwide spend nearly a quarter of their lifetime on the job, or roughly 90,000 hours.

    Many lifestyle habits that people participate in tend to be marginalized during these work hours. Good and bad habits form.

    Children inadvertently learn the same habits through mirroring, creating a cycle. Workplace health screening,

    employee -health education and -health promotion are significantly underleveraged in the fight against heightening

    health risk factors in the populace. Risk factors that lead to obesity, diabetes, stroke and metabolic syndrome;

    diseases all caused by modifiable risk factors which can be targeted for change, in the workplace.

    With this in mind, Philosophy of Health was established. We are headquartered in New York City

    and are a nationwide provider of corporate health and wellness services for the workplace. We offer our services in all 50 states.

    We consult with our clients then design wellness initiatives customized to their business' needs.

    We strive for high participant engagement and use innovative and robust health technology to deliver medical

    screening and diagnostic services. Our licensed network of health professionals are rigorously trained to deliver easy to

    understand results focused on reducing risk factors, improving health and managing chronic disease.

    In the background, it's 'business as usual'. We believe in servicing our clients with no organizational down-time.

    In an attempt to double-down our efforts, knowing that social impact plays a significant role outside of the workplace,

    Philosophy of Health is committed to promoting health and wellness in children too through charitable relationships with local

    and global organizations. We also make every effort to reduce our corporate carbon footprint for a cleaner and brighter future.
